Convenient location near all the markets 📍. the rooms are squeaky clean and have everything you need, like a TV with English movie channels, a spacious bathroom, and a nice balcony to enjoy.

Loved the location to the Old Quarter. The vibe here was quiet.

You guys made my stay very pleasant! The place was overall clean with responsive staff members. The hotel had the best possible location a super close walk to Hoi an Impression Theme Park. A night market and a market were right next door. The restaurant here was clean with buffet breakfast.

The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the facilities including the pool were amazing. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the heat in July and a lack of streetlights in some areas, we felt safe and at ease throughout our stay. I highly recommend Gem Riverside Hotel for a wonderful Vietnam experience.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff were super friendly and made us feel like friends. They were extremely helpful in providing information about local tours without pressuring us to buy. The hotel had great facilities, including a large and clean pool where the bar staff would bring us drinks. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was of excellent quality. The location was perfect, just a short walk or free bicycle ride to Old Town. We highly recommend the Gem Riverside Hotel for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location with a beautiful view of a traditional Vietnamese village and the riverside. the staff is very professional and attentive. - the pool is clean and there is parking available nearby. - Everything was superb during our stay. - Always a pleasant experience.
